Shipping & Returns


    • We pack and ship most items within 24 hours of confirmation of payment.
    • As a rule we do not sell items that we do not have on hand nor do we back order items.
    • When we process your order we will send you a tracking number. We use USPS for shipping unless otherwise noted.
    • If there is a delay in processing or shipping your order we will send you a message.
    • We ship in various boxes and soft packages, if you need discreet packaging please leave a note with your order.
    • Most items ship free, but you have the ability for you to choose faster, more premium options. We make NO profits on shipping and there is no "handling" fee. During checkout, just choose a shipping service. The free option uses surface mail and is sometimes slow. You may wait 2 weeks but most packages arrive in 1 week or less.
    • Is it safe to use my credit card?
      Your personal online security very important to us and we take it very seriously. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. We store NO credit card information on our servers.  All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal or Square.


Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with one of our products or services then we are not happy. Please keep this in mind when you want to return an item. Our policies outlined below are not set in stone, so remember, we will always try to make it right.

    • Non Intimate Or Non Perishable Items
      • We accept returns withing 30 days of any non-intimate or non-perishable items for any reason.
      • Item must be returned in same condition received and in original packaging.
      • To return the item customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by using the Contact Us form.
        Items returned without a RAN number may not be correctly credited to customers account.
      • Upon receiving returned products a replacement, store credit, or refund will be sent as per customer request.
      • SORRY, since we ship most items for free, we cannot provide return postage for returned items.

    • Intimate Apparel or Perishable Items
      • Please note, due to State and Federal Health Regulations, intimate apparel can not be returned (underwear, panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, nipple covers, nubra, wigs and wig accessories, etc. SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS). 
      • Any of these items returned will NOT be re-sold as new. It will be discarded, or donated to a charity. We would not pay good money to receive a used panty, and don't think you would buy from a store that sells used any of these used items.
      • Please Inspect Your Order As Soon As You Receive It. If we sent the wrong item or the item is defective we will replace it, issue a store credit, or refund.
      • Customers must send a picture of the defect or other proof that the item was the wrong one or defective within 10 days of receiving the item.
      • All our perishable items are non-returnable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have ordered one of our edible items and it is unsatisfactory in any way. We will either replace it, issue store credit, or a refund.
      • Please discard any perishable items that are unsatisfactory.
